Compensation and Benefits Manager.
This job offer is part of a
merger project and will last until its closure. This is an initial
2-month consulting contract.

Your responsabilities :
- Work with the HRBP to merge the payroll for european countries
- Support the HRBP to collect all employees datas
- Support the HR Director to merge the payroll
- Analyse the Benefits of the different entities
Your profile :
- You have a strong experience on a similar position
- You have an understanding of international salaries
- You are fluent in french and english
- You are immediately available
- You are an involved person who pay attention to details
- You are able to work on different projects at the same time
- You have excellent communication skills
