My client, a global leader in risk management and insurance brokerage, is seeking a talented and driven individual to join their team as a Non-Life Senior Actuary in Luxembourg.

As a Non-Life Senior Actuary at Aon, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients in the non-life insurance sector. You will utilize your actuarial expertise to provide valuable insights and innovative solutions, contributing to the success of our clients and shaping the future of risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct actuarial analysis, including risk assessment, pricing analysis, and reserving recommendations for non-life insurance clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that address client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations and thought leadership.
• Assist in the development and mentoring of junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the actuarial field.
• Utilize actuarial software and tools to perform complex calculations, modelling, and data analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Qualified Actuary (FIA, FSA, or equivalent) with 2-5 years of relevant experience in actuarial consulting, preferably in the non-life insurance sector.
• Strong knowledge of actuarial modelling, reserving methodologies, pricing analysis, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in actuarial software (e.g., SAS, R, Python) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
