Position: Offshore Property Investment Consultant
Location: Durban
Salary: R38 500 CTC. This is a guaranteed salary package. Excellent commission and incentive structure.
A reputable, well-established Offshore Property Investment House based in La Lucia, Durban are expanding their team.
This is your opportunity to offer a unique, capital growth investment opportunity to the market without bumping heads with direct competitors.
Additionally, sell offshore Buy-to-Let properties as well as citizenships / residency through property investments globally. The buy-to-let properties are situated mainly in the UK offering our investors steady returns in foreign currency.
The company has a track record of 55% repeat and referral business so your networking ability will be greatly rewarded in this environment.
Facilitate sales to high income earners in their personal capacity i.e. Business Owners, C-Suite, Doctors, Lawyers and other professional individuals. Leads are generated through your own established network and attending high profile exhibitions and events as part of the team.
Minimum requirements:
- You must be a seasoned sales consultant with over 5 years sales experience with a history of achieving targets
- You must have at least 2 sales positions calling on either a similar client base or a high level client base
- A hunter, go-getter, high energy person who can do the numbers
- Strong closing skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Corporate dress code and own reliable transport
