In this exciting position, you will be responsible leading a team of experts to drive the continuous improvement of our DevOps toolchain (Atlassian stack, Jenkins, Artifactory, Windchill et cetera) to support efficient and effective development processes. Together with your teams you will collaborate closely with other internal departments that provide shared services for all entities of TTTech Group (e.g. Product and Project Management or internal IT).
Your Tasks
- Overall leadership & development of your teams
- Ensure the continuous and secure operations as well as improvements of our DevOps and Technical Documentation services, as managed by your three teams
- Lead all strategic activities in your teams, including technology road-mapping and budget planning
- Align with all product development branches of TTTech Group on a regular basis and be aware of needs and pain points
- Enable compliance with relevant norms and standards (safety, security and TISAX) in collaboration with the internal IT teams

Your Profile
- University degree in a technical field of study like electronics or software engineering is advantageous
- Excellent Leadership skills and prior experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment
- Well versed in up-and-coming industry trends or standards with respect to software development
- Good understanding of and strong belief in the principal values of the DevOps mindset
- Service-oriented and collaborative working style with hands-on mentality
- Very good command of English language, German skills are a plus

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 80,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
